The year is 2039, humans around the world have suddenly been able to unlock hidden powers, called Evolution, that were kept dormant inside of them. Only certain humans can tap into this power which frightens the government. The military and scientists want to find the origin of these powers but have a hard time finding some of the Special Beings since some look perfectly normal while others have certain features(ex. Wolf ears). A law has been passed saying if anyone is seen using their abilities out in the open they are to be captured and taken away for experimentation.
